Online Order Policy  When placing an online order, your Billing and Shipping address MUST match. Orders that have mismatched Billing and Shipping addresses will be cancelled and refunded. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

Return Policy ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Returns are soley made at the discretion of The Card Nest. Special circumstances such as shipping damage or incorrectly packed orders when brought to our attention, will be handled and corrected. If there is an issue with your order PLEASE contact us. We will always do our best to resolve the matter.

Internal Product Defects If a sealed item you receive has some form of defect/missing item/printing issue, you must contact the company/manufacturer of that item directly. These companies have customer support channels designed to receive the info regarding the item and issue a replacement direcetly to you. We do not issue replacement items based on these circumstances. We have no control over the quality of internal items within sealed products. We receive them sealed, and sell them sealed.

Preorder Cancellation Policy We strive to offer competetive preorder pricing and deals for the latest product releases. We consider a preorder an agreement between us and the customer. If you preorder with us, you are guaranteed to receive your product. If price spikes occur on the open market we will not cancel a preorder to relist at a higher price, our price is our word! We also expect the same courtesy from our customers if prices happen to slightly drop. There will be a 5%(of the order amount) cancellation charge on all preorders. Please be sure you are satisfied with our price and the product you select before you place your preorder.

Refunds Refunds are requested after we receive and process your return. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
